Request for customization

Thanks for an awesome awesome product !!! This is really going to kick some a** when it reaches v10 !!

I have a small request for storing user configuration.
I found that I wanted to customize a few things :
1) I want the application that I opened up to take up the whole screen by default. I dont want to go to the right corner and click on the "maximize" option everytime. I think if I open a app ,it can by default take up the entire screen
2)Following the above , How about a small icon at the bottom to take me back to the main "Menu" page ?
3)I want a "Alt+Tab" feature...I forget which apps are open and have to navigate thru the menu to click on them again
4)Once installed on the Hardisk , I want the C:\ drive and cdrom, usb mounted and appear as easy icons in the menu itself . This makes it much easier to access rather than go back to the main menu and navigate thru the explorer.

Just some ideas ..

I will try to answer your requests the best i can :

The point is that the applications open in Plate GUI, which is set to fit the layout , and showing the left side panel.
You might try to open the applications with Alt + F2 combination keys (and type the command to open applications, such as firefox), which would lead to open the applications outside from Plate GUI, and fullscreen.
To change the behaviour of links, you can try to modify the .desktop files located in /usr/share/applications/, I am not sure but set the applications as Webapp might do it...

If you open the applicatinos outside from Plate GUI, then you could use Alt + Tab combination keys to switch from one to another, and that would kill the need for small icon at the bottom to go back to the main "Menu" page...

Hardrive partitions and USB drives should be auto-mounted, with all versions of xPUD.
To make them appear in the menu, I am not sure, but if it to have them in the application menu, you can crete your custom applications. Create new .desktop files in /usr/share/applications/ (check the existing ones as example) and link those to open explorer in /mnt/sdxx/ ....

I like xpud very much. Everyday I would take some time to enjoying it.
I think it can be better.
After booting, Tinyme 2007 can use less resource and run faster, and can save more battery. On the other hand, Tinyme 2007 is very stable.
Xpud is very easy to use, but I found it consumed more energy, and it becomes unstable when time goes on.
